Meal Bowls: Easy, quick and super healthy!

Deciding on what cook for a meal every day is rather strenuous or boring. sometimes, we end up eating the same thing three days in a row. Let us face it, it does take a lot of planning and not everyone has that kind of time. So do you give up on making meals at home? NO WAY. Home-cooking is a form of therapy and let’s not forget, it is healthier. 

So what do you do? One of the most trending food ideas these days is meal bowls. That’s right. Meal bowls are gaining traction as being easy to cook (or not) and healthy. Mea bowls can be inspired by any cuisine. It doesn’t have to be just Indian. Want Mexican? Go for it. Feel a little brothy? Make a ramen bowl. Choice is all yours. 

But fret not. I am here to provide you a little inspiration.

  1. Chicken teriyaki rice bowl: This is so easy to make and the only time taking aspect is the marination. To make this Japanese delight, all you need is chicken, rice, veggies of your choice, and sesame seeds. Marinate your chicken in teriyaki sauce, honey, soy, and ginger.   2. Soto Ayam: This Indonesian meal bowl is a flavourful delight. It is a thick coconut broth with tones of lemon, ginger, garlic, and whole spices. It is a noodle dish.
