How to beat it: The secret ingredient to deal with dry skin is HONEY. Honey is what you can call a humectant due to the viscous golden liquids’ ability to moisturize the skin extremely effectively. Not just that, honey has been proven to enhance the appearance of the skin due to its anti-inflammatory and healing properties.

All you need to apply raw honey on your face and arms and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. Later rinse it off with normal water. Repeat this remedy three times a week to banishing dry and dull skin forever.

WINTER SKIN PROBLEM #2 Chapped lips

The dry weather is not only reflected on your face but also on your lips. Oftentimes, they appear as cracks and chaps.  Chapped lips are unsightly and may cause discomfort and cause bleeding in severe cases.

How to beat it: Not to worry you can bring life back to your lips with two ingredients. Sugar and honey mixed together make hydrating scrub to give your lips a little TLC. The coarse texture of sugar are best known for their efficiency in exfoliation and honey helps to add hydration and heal lips.

Add 1tbs of brown sugar and 1tbs of honey in a bowl mix it well. Apply the scrub over your lips and gently massage it for 1 min. Leave that for a few minutes before washing it off with plain water.

Repeat this remedy twice or thrice a week for a better result.

Apply the scrub all over your heels and gently rub it. Leave it for 20-25 minutes and wash it off with normal water. After that apply the moisturizer and pat dry your feet.

WINTER SKIN PROBLEM #5 Sun Burn and Wind Burn

Sunburns are common on the face, chest & neck in the winter because people not realize that the sun’s rays are just as strong when it’s cold out. Windburn can also cause soreness, dry patches, and redness on the face.
