While everybody in the country is waiting for the brave heart Abhinandan to welcome him in India at Wagah border n glued to their television sets since early morning considering him as the national hero, it sounds unusual and shocking that our other national heroes who laid down their lives in another action in the line of duty on the same day, are being forgotten.

There is literally no coverage in the electronic media as the entire channels are focussed on Wagah border since morning.

The day i.e. on 14th when wing commander n pilot of MIG 16 landed in the Pakistan territory after shooting the Pak’s F 16 after the MIG also getting crushed , two pilots also got martyred in the M17 fighter chopper crash in Badgaum, Kashmir, one of them being Squadron leader Sidharth Vashisht whose wife Aarti Singh is also a squadron leader. It is believed that the M17 fighter helicopter developed some technical snag and fell down killing the pilot n co pilot on the spot who were grievously injured n immolated as well.

Brave heart squadron leader was creamated today in Chandigarh in the presenve of his highly grief stricken n traumatic wife sqandran leader of IAF Arti Singh.

The entire nation salutes him and appeals to Indian media to also divert their attention towards others as well who’d lost their lives as martyrs in the line of duty (action) against Pak Jet fighters including in the M17 crash. Jai Hind.

Meanwhile hundreds of people, many of whom have now left the Wagah Attari border venue have been anxiously waiting for wing commander Abhinandan Varthaman who was captured by Pakistan n released today.

They have been waiting here since early morning . The latest news indicate that he has been exhorted by the Pakistan authorities n is being handed over to the Indian authorities after the completion of the final formalities. Salutes to both the brave hearts Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman n martyr squadron leader Sidharth Vashisht.
