The Congress Party chief Rahul Gandhi said that these days there is a fashion of lying to the people before elections and then backing out as was the case in the promises made by the BJP like depositing 15 lakh Rupees in every bank account and providing employment to two crores youths of the country. Therefore while preparing the menifesto of Chattisgarh by his team of Congress leaders he has made it absolutely clear to them to only include those credible promises in the vision document which can be fulfilled up to 95% and they are able to say after five years that what they had committed prior to elections, 95 percent of these promises have been fullfilled outrightly.

In a vedio tape released today the Congress chief was answering to the questions of media persons after addressing several public meetings and conducting well attended road shows in Chattisgarh. The prime minister also addressed successful public meetings today at Rajnandgaon n other parts of the state.

Rahul Gandhi while blaming the BJP government at the centre and state of betraying the electorates for its falsepre election promises assured the people of the state that the entire credit of the farmers of the country in whichever form it would be, from the private banks or the govt would be waived off fully if the Congress comes to power in the state.

Appreciating the Chattisgarh Congress election menifesto Rahul Gandhi said that it has been prepared after the deep study of the peoples’ grievances and demands for the last six months and only those important grievances and points have been raised in it which will be duly fulfilled at least up to 95% not like the betrayal of the BJP’s pre election promises of putting 15 lakhs in every bank account, providing 2 crore employment to the unemployed youths etc.

He directed the mediamen to also question the BJP about their menifesto which is based on betrayal and imaginative Man Ki Baat ridiculing the prime minister Narendra Modi and Chattisgarh CM who’d not fulfilled the election promises made to the people of the state and countrymen five years ago said Mr. Gandhi.

On the question by one of the journalists on the security situation in the state Rahul Gandhi asked the journalist as to why don’t he asks the prime minister Narendra Modi about his alleged arbitrary favour of 30 thousand crores to Anil Ambani in the Rafale deal , the money of the security and paramilitary forces being given to him illegally. He was very quick in shifting to Rafale issue, his one of the famous stereotypes’ these days in every meeting and press conferences despite the government, the saffron party and the Reliance Defence outrightly denying it repeatedly.
