MyLogic in association with BPO and KPO Companies has conducted research in understanding the skill gaps existing in performing the tasks assigned on the job leading to poor quality of the results delivered by employees without any experience.

To address this issue, MyLogic has developed this Certification Program, which would be guarantee longevity and sustainability in the job.
