The frustration of Pakistan’s ruling party can be gauged from the fact that its foreign affairs and internal security ministers had stated in parliament that there may be a war against India at the end of this year and that they will use the nuclear bomb.
In fact, Pakistan’s economy is in shambles and if it really goes for a war with India it will literally be finished within a few days. Its financial coffers are also almost near empty.
Pakistan has been pressing for bilateral talks with India while continuing to breach ceasefire agreements by firing incessantly at the LOC. This has killed peaceful civilians at the villages on the Indian side of the Indo Pak border. This is though being strongly countered by the Indian Army. The Indian Army has destroyed several of their posts which has also resulted in a good number of casualties on Pakistan’s side.
Pakistan leaders are busy making anti-India statements. Pakistan’s leaders have also said that they can even sacrifice their lives to free Kashmir. Pakistan is now trying to create more terror camps in the Kashmir valley after the scrapping of article 370.
This clearly shows how Pakistan government, it’s Army and ISI are openly aiding and abetting terror organizations.  Their objective is to create disturbance and violence on Indian soil. The UN and world powers should take due notice of this fact and penalize Pakistan.
India had at a number of times made it crystal clear that it will not hold any bilateral talks with Pakistan until it gives up protecting and promoting terrorism. Pakistan also needs to give up perpetration of violence in strife-torn Kashmir. But Pakistan has never even been honest on this count.
Union home minister Amit Shah has stated that the next talk with Pakistan if ever held, would be on Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and on Nuclear use for peaceful purposes.
On 22nd of July, the Pakistan PM Imran Khan had even met Donald Trump. In this meeting, Imran Khan had requested Trump to intervene in the vexed Kashmir affair. Imran wanted Trump to help resolve the Kashmir issue. This was subsequently opposed by India, stating that, this was a two-nation tangle to be resolved only through bilateral talks.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to Donald Trump, on Monday. Sources reveal that the talks between the two world leaders Modi and Trump were quite healthy and decisive. The topics discussed were: Pakistan’s rhetorics against India and an effort by it to create a warlike syndrome, the Afghanistan situation wherein Modi requested Trump to not withdraw troops till there is complete peace in that country and the bilateral and trade relations between the two great nations.
The telephonic conversation between the two world leaders lasted for about half an hour. Modi highlighted the problems created by Pakistan in Jammu and Kashmir. He also pointed out the increasing ceasefire violations from the other side. Modi mentioned about the war rhetoric by Pakistan against India. Modi acquainted Trump about Pakistan’s prejudices against India especially after the scrapping of article 370 and 35 A in Kashmir, which is purely India’s internal matter. Modi further pointed out to Trump about Pakistan’s efforts to infiltrate and push its trained terrorists to India. This was in addition to uncontrolled and unprovoked firing at the LOC that has claimed Indian lives.
This discussion between the two leaders has disturbed Pakistan’s prime minister Imran Khan and the ISI. Pakistan is hell-bent on engineering and perpetrating violence on the Indian side. This has become more vigorous particularly after the scrapping of article 370 and the division of the state into Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir as union territories.
Prime minister Narendra Modi’s talk with Trump is being rated as quite successful and fruitful with Pakistan badly frustrated. Pakistan has been already completely isolated in the international diplomatic scenario. Pakistan only has China as its lone ally in the whole world.
US President Trump had previously stopped military aid to Pakistan for promoting terror sanctuaries within Pakistan. Though Pakistan has no intention to wipe out terrorists from its soil, however, Trump has assured India of doing something credible in this context.
