The AICC general secretary and the former Uttarakhand CM Harish Rawat is quite in attacking mode on the BJP leaders of Uttarakhand these days who’d bern accusing him of various corruption charges on television channels while in debates.

In a hard hitting tweet yesterday Harish Rawat challenged the Bhartiya Janata Party leaders to institute an inquiry against his assests and properties of his family n relatives as well by the sitting high court judge.

Rawat tweeted in hindi but am translating it in english: My BJP friends who visit various channels to advocate their party interests devote maximum time on performing my last rights/ paying homage ( Shraadh).

I want to ask the BJP people, if they see any corruption during my tenure why don’t they get it investigated by the sitting high court judge. I throw open challenge to the Bhartiya Janata Party to get my assets, my decisions’, my relatives’ and my family’s assets investigated by the sitting high court judge.

If I have derived any benefit during my tenure as the CM, they should make it public. Had my family got any stone crusher license, mining contract, any other contract , any permit or quota it should be brought to the peoples’ notice forthwith ?

If the BJP has no guts to get the charges investigated by the High Court Judge than they should do one thing, all the former CMs n Presidents should exchange their wealth n assets with that of mine. The so called corrupt earning of mine will go into their acount which according to them is in billions and the assets of these poor CMs n presidents, ( obviously referring to BJP) will come in my name. What a ridicule and a solid counter Mr. Rawat ?
