This show came out as a premium cable original. This was the earliest and the most insightful shows around adult Rom-com to ever come on air. It was frank and direct, dealing with all the issues of modern dating. That is not all it also dealt with pregnancy, abortion, and the hush-hush matter of STDs in the first season itself. It was extremely “woke” for its time and it hooked the viewers fast and permanently. And it did so with style!

This sitcom dealt with everything from mortality to philosophy to why actions matter (or don’t) when it comes to our lives. It is silly yet empathetic and that is a tough combination to achieve. With a great season 1 to an amazing conclusion, The Good Place has to be on your binge-list.

MALCOLM IN THE MIDDLE

It is an all-time family favorite. Malcolm in the middle stands out from the rest thanks to its honed yet sophisticated anarchic streak coupled with great comic instances. It is focused, as we can guess, on Malcolm who is the genius of this average family. It is an emphasis on how a normal family lives side by side with constant struggles. Yet, the love for one’s family is forever blooming.

No. No one told us life would be this way but FRIENDS is always there for you. This show is the depiction of real life. Romance, one-sided love, long-distance, relationships, money issues jobs, and whatnot, it covers it all. With the quirky cast chemistry and epic comic timings, this show is the king of re-runs (Most of us have watched this at least 5 times. No? Just me? Okay). It has ten amazing seasons and it is everyone’s favorite. Can it BE more amazing?

This show is evergreen and is it says in the name— golden! It made us crave cheesecake all the time. Young people doing comedy? Hell, no! This show makes the life of a retiree look like a riot. The perfect cast of Bea Arthur, Betty White, Rue McClanahan, and Estelle Getty showed us that comedy isn’t only a genre by the young.

This is by far my favorite and it shall forever be so. In the famous words of Jake, this show is “Hella Fresh”. From the sassy Captain Raymond Holt to the disgusting yet needed Hitchcock and Scully, this show has all our favorite personalities thrown together in a perfect balance. There is no way you won’t fall in love with Gina’s eccentricity or copy Jake’s antics. While Terry is clearly the big brother of the group, Amy is more of a mother. And Roza and Charles are the bipolar opposite siblings. This show is hella Toit and it will make you fall in love with it.
