Moringa oleifera commonly known as drumstick is a source of antioxidants and bioactive compounds. Native to India, Moringa primarily grows in Asia as well as Africa and South America. Although it contains many healthy compounds including Vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B-6; folate and ascorbic acid, Calcium, Potassium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorous, and zinc. Additionally, Moringa leaves contain no harmful cholesterol and extremely low in fats.
