Saha Groupe Announces New Housing Project In Noida; To Invest Rs 160 Crore

Leading Real Estate Firm Saha Groupe recently announced their new housing project in Noida. The project ‘Eminence’ will be located in Sector-150 of Noida, which is also emerging as a new residential hub of the city. The group will invest Rs 160 crore in the housing project which will be spread across 6.25 acre of land. The company has brought this land from real estate company Logix.

Giving more information on the project, Saha Groupe Director (Marketing, Construction, and Sustainability) Aunirban Saha said, “We had bought 6.25 acre land from Logix group in Sector 150 on Noida Expressway. We have launched our new housing project on this land parcel. The construction work has started and the project will be completed in three and half years,”

The group will develop a total of 480 units including 2 and 3 BHK residences in the project and as per the estimates; the construction cost incurred would be around Rs 160 crore. All the residences will be smart homes with fibre to the home connectivity. Apart from this, the residential community is also home to indoor games, reading lounge, multi-activity room, crèche, jogging track, Yoga Studio etc.

Presently, Saha Groupe is developing three other housing projects — ‘Amadeus’ at Sector 143, Noida, ‘Meghdutam Encore’ at Noida Extension and ‘Panchvati’ in Dehradun, comprising a total of 1,000 units.

Saha further added that ‘Meghdutam Encore’ at Noida Extension will be delivered by the end of next year, while the other two projects will be completed by 2021. Also, the company has risen about Rs 200 crore as construction finance from Edelweiss group for a portfolio of its four ongoing projects.
