SIMPLE IDEAS OF HOME DÉCOR WITH OLD LEATHER BELTS AND STRAPS!

Belts and leather bags are such fashion accessories that go out of trend in every now and then. If this year a belt or bag is the trending fashion, the subsequent year it is out of style. So, if you have a set of fashionable belts in your wardrobe that you don’t use anymore, don’t just donate, crafting something interesting is always the best options as well!

Take two leather belts, two wood boards, nails, and a hammer.

Measure and mark the wooden boards for perfect alignment.

Then fasten the belts together and make two identical loops. Make extra holes on the belts if they are not in the same dimension.

Place the loops on the marks and hammer three nails on the front of each board. Similarly, position another board and staple it to the belts with nails on each side.

Other interesting and useful things are ….

A small piece from a leather belt goes well with wood. It can be used as a pull for a drawer.

If you have a collection of many old belts, then it can be used to make a beautiful entrance/doormat out of them.

If you have old books and pillows which you don’t need any more, you can stack and tie them with two old leather belts to make a stool.
