Comedian Kapil Sharma and his wife Ginni Chatrath are expecting their first child together. Kapil confirmed the wife’s pregnancy news in an interview with a leading daily where he said that he and Ginni are “very excited” to welcome the new member to their family.

Confirming the good news, an excited father-to-be further added, “I just want to take care of my wife and be by her side now. We are obviously very excited as it’s our first kid, but my mother is the most excited. She has been waiting for this moment for years now. We are just praying for Ginni and the baby’s good health.”

Last evening, the couple were spotted at the Mumbai airport on Thursday evening. Both Kapil and Ginni are ready for a getaway in Canada. Both looked super cute dressed in casual outfits. Where Kapil can be seen in a grey tracksuit and the latter in all black while Ginni topped a pair of black track pants and bridal chudas, and matched lipstick to it. Kapil Sharma tied the knot with Ginni Chatrath as per Hindu and Sikh tradition in Jalandhar on December 12 last year.

On the work front, television actor and ace-comedian Kapil Sharma will be the voice for the Hindi version of animated feature “ The Angry Birds Movie 2”. Kapil made his Bollywood debut with Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon.
