Trailer of Hip-Hop Tamizha’s sports drama ‘Natpe Thunai’ to be unveiled tomorrow

The much-awaited trailer of Natpe Thunai will be released tomorrow (February 28). After the blockbuster success of campus drama Meesaya Murukku, Hip-Hop Tamizha’s next project has always been in the headlines since it was revealed that he would be seen playing the role of a hockey player in the movie.

Natpe Thunai marks Aadhi’s second film as lead hero and is directed by D Parthiban Desingu, who has also written the story, screenplay and dialogues. Anaga is performing the role of Hiphop Aadhi’s girlfriend in this movie, which is said to be a sports based entertainer laced with family, friendship, love, humour and sentiments.

The star-cast comprises of RJ Vignesh Kanth, who was last seen in box-office debacle Dev, Pandiarajan, Kousalya, ‘Eruma Saani’ fame Vijay, Harish Uthaman, Shaara, ‘Pazhaya Joke’ Thangadurai, Ajay Ghosh, Chutti Aravind, Vinod, Gugan, Put Chutney fame Raj Mohan, Bijili Ramesh and Ashwin Jeromi. The technical crew includes Arvind Singh (Cinematography) of Demonte Colony and Iravukku Aayiram Kangal fame, Benny Oliver (Editing), Ponraj (Art), Santhosh and Sivaraack Shankar (Choreography), Pradeep Dinesh (Stunts). The film is produced by Sundar C for Avni Movies, who bankrolled Aadhi’s maiden lead hero vehicle Meesaya Murukku.

Sources say Natpe Thunai is gearing up to hit the screens sometime in March. Meanwhile, Hip-hop Tamizha has recently confirmed that his next directorial venture would be a black comedy.
