The deferring of the Ram Janmabhumi Supreme court’s hearing for February 8th by the Apex court due the heated arguments of the senior advocate Kapil Sibal fighting the matter on behalf of the Sunni Vaqf Board requesting the court to defer the matter till the aftermath of 2019 general elections is really a matter of great disappointment.

Senior advocate Kapil Sibbal has argued that since the matter has been deliberately chosen to be heard on the day of the 25th anniversary and the BJP government at the centre wanted to exploit it politically for the 2019 general elections for alleged polarisation of Hindu votes in the name of Ram Temple , it would not be in the interest of justice to resolve the issue before the year 2019 and should therefore be kept in abeyance till the national elections of 2019 are held.

Now, the point is if the honourable Apex court goes by the advice of Sr. advocate Kapil Sibbal appearing on behalf of Sunni Waqf Board looking after the Babri Masjid interest would it not amount to Congress polarising the miniority votes as the former is accusing the ruling party at the centre of polarising the majority sentiments i.e. the hindu votes. Everybody know that Ram Janma Bhumi, Babri Masjid issue is purely a religious matter having political overtones, implications and ramifications and the controversy primarily is more than hundred year old. Both Hindus and Muslims are not ready to sacrifice either’s interest. It was during the tenure of late Rajiv Gandhi that the locks of Ram Lala temple/ Babri Masjid were opened and therefore the pandora’s box.

The Supreme court of India is currently hearing the 13 clubbed petitions filed by various organisations/ people/ parties against the judgement of Allahabad High Court in which all the three parties i.e. the Nirmohi Akhara, the Sunni Wakf Board and the Ram Lalla diety represented by the VHP were allocated equal measurement of 2.77 acre land of the disputed site. It sounds ridiculous that the BJP as well as the Congress, the main contending parties in the matter are trying to derive political capital out of this vexed issue but do not seem to be earnestly interested to resolve it amicably, once for all.

The matter is though currently subjudiced but maximum efforts are being made by both BJP and Congress to ensure that the majority or minority communities are misled in the name of temple mosque issue and maximum political advantage is derived out of it by keeping it delayed inordinatedly .

After the arbitrary demolition of Babri Masjid on 6th December 1992, the country had witnessed umpteen number of riots killing hundreds of thousands of innocents from both the communities and creating an atmosphere of communal poision all over the country which has absolutely polluted the communal fabric of the country.

The appeasement of the majority and minority community is on a full swing by every political party and they are the common people who actually suffer when riots occur in the name of these religion oriented imbroglios such as Ram Mandir and Babri Masjid issues’. The time is ripe now that the Supreme Court of India should expedite the hearings on this vexed matter and deliver its hstoric judgement at the earliest to close this topic once for all in such a way that both the majority and minority communities are satisfied and their religious and community feelings are not hurt.

The more this complicated issue would be allowed to drag on, more will widen the disparity and repulsion between the minorities and the majority communities of the country and the political leaders would leave no stone unturned to exploit the situation to their respective advantages thinking little for the nation’s welfare, well being and harmony as is going on since 6th December, 1992 the black day of the Indian history. Judicial expediency and final delivery of judgement is the only solution to this vexed issue, now. What do you say friends?

Extremely hated by the hindu zealots and infamous as Mulla Mulayam during the Ayodhya movement of the nineties when he ordered firing on the Hindu Kar Sewaks marching in myriad numbers towards the Babri mosque killing 28 and injuring many Samajwadi Party supremo and former chief minister UP Mulayam Singh Yadav has no remorse for issuing firing directives but says that his governmeny was committed to protecting the 16th century Babri Mosque in order to preserve the nation’s unity and integrity.
He added: I had to protect the confidence of the minorities in the country’s constititon. But finally puts the blame on the paramilitary, the central reserve security force for losing their cool after the karsewaks burnt their tents in which a trooper died. It was only after this that the CRPF got immensely furious and went berserk killing total 28 Kar sewaks with sixteen dying on the spot. He said that he had direct arguments with the former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee who exaggerated the figure of dead kar sewaks to 56 instead of 28. On the 25th anniversary of Babri Masjid Mulayam Singh Yadav while speaking to media persons separately, pronounced prime minister Narendra Modi as an intelligent man and the one who can find the solution to this vexed issue if he really wishes to do so. Known for his over appeasement of minorities and tremendously revered by them, octogenerian Mulayam Singh Yadav whose samajwadi party lost to BJP in the state legislative elections just eight months ago said that he held several secretive meetings with VHP leaders and the Sunni Vaqf Board earlier and had placed a formula of construction of Ram Mandir adjacent to the disputed site pending the Apex court’s judgement thus not touching the disputed site and keeping the minorities happy as well.
He says: my suggestion was, the Hindus could built another temple later at the site if the court permits and mosque by the minorities. What’s wrong. This would satisfy all sections of the society. Though agreed by all, earlier, it could’nt finally materialise. Believing in the funal judgement of the supreme court in this context Mulayam Singh says that if an amicable out of court settlement arrives, he would welcome it. He says, he is today the most unacceptable person in the context of Babri masjid Ram temple imbroglio as neither side is prepared to listen to me. Had it been not the case I would have genuinely proceeded ahead to resolve this vexed imbroglio, adds Mulayam Singh Yadav.
It may be recalled that considered to be the most popular leader of minorities of the country Mulayam Singh Yadav came into heated controversy in the year nineteen ninety when he in his capacity of the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh ordered the firing on the myriad number of kar sewaks marching towards the Babri Masjid site killing 28 on the spot though the figure as per the VHP and BJP was 56, strongly refuted by Yadav. A CRPF jawan was also killed during this fiasco.
While he was strongly condemned by the majority community all over the globe Mulayam was hailed by the minorities in India as as well as the muslim world then for protecting the Babri Masjid at the cost of 28 killings. It was after two years when the BJP chief minister Kalyan Singh was on the power saddle in UP the Babri Masjid was demolished changing the course of history of Indian politics and converting the BJP from the strength of 2 MPs to a resounding success with AB Vajpayee becoming the prime minoster of the country with the support of the NDA partners and placing the Ram temple issue on the back burner. As the Congress party stands for secular values unstintedly so is Mulayam Singh serious about the minorities of the state and the country.
He had even once in his parliamentary speech has advocated for making of a federation of the muslim states involving Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and other muslim countries creating a furore in the parliament especially when the neighbouring country is sneaking hard core terrorists in J&K and other parts of India creating havoc by killing innocents in large numbers. The term Mulla Mulayam was allegedly given to him by his arch political detractors BJP and various hindu outfits like VHP and Bajrang Dal etc after he ordered firing on the Kar Sewaks in the nineties safeguarding the Babri Masjid and the interests of the minoritirs of the state, which Mr Singh termed as utmostly essential in view of protecting the communal fabric of the country.

The order of the honourable justice of National Green Tribunal regarding shifting of the prime venue of processions, demonstrations, hunger strike and dharnas by various political parties and social organisations at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi against the complaint of the local VIP residents of heart of the city for excessive sound and other forms of pollution is undoubtedly a welcome decision for some but for those who are protesting here for years in the form of of protracted sit ins and several others like the Hindi Bhaashi Andolankaries who’d almost made Jantar Mantar their home is a news no less than a worst tragedy.

The news analysts believe that the decision would be welcomed by the environmentalists as well as the nearby residents who were literally fed up by the incessant acrimonious protest demonstrations, incessant sound pollution and other form of activities of the socio political workers, trade union activists and parties raising their voice against the ruling establishments at the centre as well as states for the last 25 years. Prior to this venue, the Boat Club used to be the main centre of political activities and protest demonstrations where historic rallies of lakhs of people used to take place and was the venue of great political significance that hosted the biggest ever rallies like that of the leader of the total revolution Jaya Prakash Narayan and several other political stalwarts of their time like Babu Jagjiwan Ram, Chandra Shekhar, Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna, Chowdhary Charan Singh, Harkishan Singh Surjeet, EMS Namboodiripaad, C. Rajeshwar Rao, Kisan leader Mahendra Singh Tikath and several rallies of the left parties as well. It was only after the massive rally of prominent peasent leader, 25 years ago from now that this prime venue of boat club was shifted to Jantar Mantar, a squeezed venue that is just a tenth part of what boat club was.

During Tikath’s movement the entire boat club and its facinating highly sanitised lawns up to India gate were badly defecated by the peasents who had gathered from all over the country in support of their several demands. The government therefore had to be constrained to shift the venue to Jantar Mantar that hardly accomodates at the most only few thousand protestors . While boat club had been the witness to massive public meetings like that of the leader of total revolution late Jai Prakash Narayan during the eighties resulting in the downfall of the then Congress government led by late prime minister Indira Gandhi, the current venue of Jantar Mantar has been the main centre of historic Uttarakhand rallies n dharna that lasted for more than 6 years, it had also been famous for the most talked about and popular movement of legendary crusader against corruption and responsible for making the then ruling party Congress loose at the hands of BJP led NDA on account of Anna’s nationwide awakening against the corruption of the former. Jantar Mantar is also popular and famous for AAM AADMI PARTY’S FORMATION as BOAT CLUB WAS remembered for the birth of then Janata Party, a conglomeration of 22 anti Congress political parties.

This is the same Jantar Mantar which witnessed the two most powerful movements of NIRBHAYA OF DELHI, VASANT VIHAR AND NIRBHAYA OF NAJAFGARH the killers of whom were finally sentence to death. Now that the National Green Tribunal has directed the NDMC authorities to ensure the immediate shifting of the protest venue of Jantar Mantar to far away Ram leela grounds which has till now been the main all India centre for democratic protest movements for the last two and a half decades, the Delhi’ s ruling AAM AADMI PARTY and its chief Arvind Kejrival has questioned the logic behind the move terming it as an atempt to stifle the voice of democratic dissent and constitutional right to protest.

X is the major problem threatening us. No one will ever get how to find the value of X. It will always  be a suspense for everyone, as if X is our enemy and it didn’t want to reveal its true identity.

The biggest punishment for children is having a strict mathematics teacher. Their language is hard to understand. Sitting in front of a maths teacher is like KARELA KHANE SE BHI ZYADA MUSHKIL. But the best part is one experiences a good nap always during a maths period.

Biggest enemy of maths students – RD SHARMA. Vaisi hi sharma ji ke bete ke naam ka kya kam taane padte the jo RD SHARMA aur aagaye ek! No one can ever understand the type of questions that book has. Getting homework from RD SHARMA is like “kidnap karke firauti mangna”

Life of a maths student is like – we are taught “ALL IS WELL” in the classroom and asked “DESPACITO” in the exam and we write “LOLIPOP LAGELU” In the answer script! The pain of answering all the questions is no less than participating in a world war.

Sin cos is always a big challenge for a mathematics student. We can remember our 1 year back conversation with friend but can’t remember the value of sin cos tan etc. “KYUNKI MATHS IS ALWAYS RAM BHAROSE”

World problems are like speaking a foreign language i.e impossible to understand and solve. “It is not a world problem – it is the problem which destroys our whole world”. Students are like “BAiTHE BAITHE DUNIYA HILANE KA EXPERIENCE HAI HUME”

I can relate to these things because i too hate maths as a subject! To all the maths students “WE SHALL OVERCOME ONE DAY” but but but vo din kisi ko nai pata dosto…
