Yess, your sign can guide you on your food habits. And why not? — If your zodiac sign can impact on your personality traits and compatibility score then why not it also determine which foods are best for you? I looked through few websites, and here presenting a compilation of all that I found.

The twelve zodiac signs are grouped into four elements—fire, earth, air and water. Below are the zodiac sings and their traits according to element categories along with their ‘should-be-food-habits’

Fire Signs: Aries, Leo, Sagittarius
