The Congress president Rahul Gandhi said that the way Congress governments in the three hindi heartland states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh waived off the farmers loan within ten days as promised by him, the prime minister Narendra Modi should also waive of the farmers loans in all the states of the country n live up to his promise.

Rahul assured the people n the farmers of the country that if the present government does not waive off their loans the Congress government would do so immediately after coming to power at the centre in the 2019 general elections.

The Congress chief Rahul Gandhi was addressing a massive KISAN RALLY for the first time after the party’s decisive victory in Jaipur in the presense of the newly sworn in chief minister Ashok Gehlot, deputy CM Sachin Pilot, the entire cabinet n the state Congress leaders, to extend his thanks n gratitude to the electorates of Rajasthan.

In his hard hitting eloquent speech amid sligans hailing him, Congress chief Rahul Gandhi while thanking the chief minister Gehlot n deputy CM Pilot including the Congress workers n the electorates said that the newly elected government is not the Congress’s government but it’s in true sense the peoples’ government which will function on the advice, suggestions n dictates of the people.

He directed the CM without naming him to ensure that no Congress worker is demoralised or neglected in terms of fulfilling the entire election promises and doing their work amidst applaud from the audience.

Rahul accused the BJP government of not fulfilling the peoples’ pre election promises pertaining to employment n resolving farmers issues including failing to waive off their loans at the national level.

He catagorically said that mere waiving off the farmers loans is not the overall solution to resolve the agrarian crisis in the country.

A new concrete strategy to improve the condition of agriculture n farmers is urgently required for which his government in Rajasthan has devised a solid strategy.

Rahul disclosed that before coming at the public meeting venue he deliberated with the chief minister Ashok Gehlot n the deputy CM Sachin Pilot n the senior officers and had arrived at the decision that the government will establish food processing units at the decentralised level near the agricultural fields to ensure that the produce is rightly and adequately processed including making all necessary arrangements for the profitable sale of their fertile crops in the agrarian sector.

Rahul Gandhi as usual raised the controvertial issues of CBI n Rafale Jet Fighters and accused the ruling party government of the alleged wrong doings on the massive scale thus resulting in losses to the public exchequer.

He said that the prime minister Narendra Modi had approached the French former president Francois Hollande n allegedly asked him to give the Rafale offset contract to Anil Ambani in lieu of HAL arbitrarily thus allegedly benefitting him to the tune of thirty thousand crores.

He ridiculed the PM saying that he skipped parliament when the Rafale matter was being discussed in the Lok Sabha and instead send the defence minister Dr. Nirmala Sitaraman to protect him by giving a protracted speech for two n a half hours which was not at all required as his ( Rahul Gandhi) simple question to Modiji was to answer in yes or no, whether the defence bureaucrats or Army officers have ever raised any question or objection during the last few years when the Rafale offset deal was changed from HAL to Reliance of Anil Ambani ?

But instead of getting the answer in yes or no, the defence minister gave a long speech of 2.5 hours but neither her nor the prime minister Modi has given any answer till yet. Instead the PM went to Punjab university n skipped the Lok Sabha session discussing Rafale.
