Godrej Properties Goes Into Joint Venture With Hero Cycle For Gurugram Project

The Godrej Properties that has Godrej Fund Management, as the real estate private equity firm of the Godrej Group inked a joint venture with Hero Cycles for their Golf Course Road property in Gurgaon. The company shared this information by releasing a press release.

Earlier it was reported that the Godrej Fund Management was in talks with Hero Cycles group regarding the four-acre plot along Golf Course Road in Gurugram. Under this joint venture, nearly 1 million sq. ft. area of the total four-acre property will be developed, leased and managed as office and retail space.

The Godrej group also has multiple projects coming in Gurugram and Godrej Nature Plus is one of them. This premium residential project features amenities such as Car Parking, Smooth Connectivity, Garden with Exotic Plants, High-end Clubhouse, Sports Area and Walkthrough area. Godrej Nature Plus consists of 2 and 3 BHK apartments in different sizes ranging between 1350 and 1950 Sq.ft. area.

The strategic location of Godrej Nature plus reduce the commutation time between home and commercial arcades as the township is close to Gurugram Golf Course Extension Road and National Highway 8. Also, this residential project is spread over 17-acres of land and will be a home to 1,000 families.
